The Shalom Hartman Institute of North America is seeking a Development Operations Senior Coordinator. The role provides operational, data management and project coordination support to the Development team, with a focus on institutional giving. It reports to the Director of Institutional Giving and is based in the New York office four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor, gift and grant records in Salesforce
• Track proposal, report, payment and stewardship deadlines
• Build reports and dashboards to support institutional giving strategy
• Manage Monday.com workflows for proposals and reports across Development, Program, Finance and Marketing
• Work with Finance on grant budgets and financial reporting
• Audit data quality and improve fundraising systems and processes

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent, and 4+ years in nonprofit fundraising, development operations, grants management or project coordination
• Salesforce (preferred) or comparable CRM experience
• Experience with Monday.com, Asana or similar tools
• Strong Excel, organization and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the Jewish philanthropic landscape preferred

Salary: $68,000–$71,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package
