Job summary

The Shalom Hartman Institute of North America is seeking a Development Operations Senior Coordinator to support the Development team with data management, operational tasks and project coordination for institutional giving. Based in the New York office four days per week, you will manage donor records and create dashboards to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent, 4+ years in nonprofit fundraising or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
• Experience with project coordination and data management in fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor, gift and grant records in Salesforce.
• Track proposal, report, payment and stewardship deadlines.
• Build reports and dashboards to support institutional giving strategy.
• Manage Monday.com workflows for proposals and reports across departments.
• Work with Finance on grant budgets and financial reporting.
• Audit data quality and improve fundraising systems and processes.
