Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in development operations, nonprofit management, or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems managing data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database integrity and manage prospect pipelines.
• Develop engagement plans for the Executive Director and board members.
• Coordinate fundraising campaign timelines and support the centennial campaign.
