Job summary

10000 Degrees is seeking a Development Coordinator to support operational, administrative, and grant‑funded initiatives. You will act as the backbone for the Development teams, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce and coordinating calendars, schedules, and reporting with cross‑department collaboration.

You will assist with board materials, donor events, and regional engagements under the Chief Development Officer, while maintaining internal systems and processes that drive fundraising

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Professionalism, reliability and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain internal systems, workflows and documentation for the Development teams.
• Track grant and institutional reporting requirements and manage timelines in Salesforce.
• Coordinate donor events, advisory meetings, and regional activities with cross‑department alignment.
• Provide logistics support for donor cultivation events and regional engagements.
