Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant administrative, teaching, tech, fundraising, sales, nonprofit or related experience.
• GED or High School diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support to the development team.
• Manage donor relations, scheduling internal and external meetings.
• Prepare development materials and reports.
• Maintain donor and prospect records in fundraising databases.
• Coordinate events and travel arrangements as needed.
• Support budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
