Job summary

TA Digital Group in Boston seeks a Controller to lead development and operating accounting for its data center portfolio. The role reports to the Chief Development Officer and collaborates with Investor Accounting, Design & Construction, Development, Valuations, Portfolio Management, Acquisitions, and Dispositions.

You will drive cost control, robust financial reporting, and insights to support development from inception through delivery, ensuring a smooth transition into operating accounting

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting and 8+ years accounting experience.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI or similar property management software.
• Strong Excel, communication, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development accounting and cost management for data center projects.
• Set up and maintain Yardi Job Cost for developments.
• Review monthly costs and variances for investor reporting.
• Forecast development budgets and fees calculations.
• Coordinate with Fund Accounting and tenants on budgets and true-ups.
• Oversee monthly operating accounting close and corporate budgets.
• Assist with annual audits and tax planning.
