The Development Officer – Stewardship & Donor Relations plays a key role in advancing donor engagement and philanthropic impact across the Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation, District Office, and the 10 MCCCD colleges. This position leads the Foundation's donor stewardship efforts through meaningful recognition, impact reporting, donor communications, and engagement opportunities designed to strengthen relationships and enhance donor retention. Working collaboratively with Foundation staff, college leadership, and District partners, the Development Officer – Stewardship & Donor Relations develops and implements stewardship strategies and donor experiences that highlight the impact of philanthropy in supporting student success, workforce development, and equitable access to higher education across the Maricopa Community Colleges system.
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in marketing, communications or related field and two years of experience assisting with and/or coordinating various fundraising campaigns and activities.

An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered.
