Middlesex Health seeks a driven Development Officer to expand our fundraising success and support the future of our fast-paced development operation in Middletown, CT.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, you will cultivate and close leadership and planned gifts while securing corporate and foundation support for capital needs, technology, and patient care programs. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of direct fundraising or equivalent sales management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience soliciting individual and institutional gifts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, cultivate, and close leadership and planned gifts from individuals and foundations.
• Secure corporate and foundation support for signature events and service lines.
• Lead planning and execution of fundraising events, incl. golf tournaments.
• Develop proposals and proposals tailored to health system priorities.
• Design stewardship programs to nurture donor relationships and growth.
