Access: Supports for Living Foundation in Middletown, NY seeks an experienced fundraising professional to serve as Assistant Director of Development. You will cultivate donor relations, lead major gifts and campaigns, and work with board and volunteers to expand philanthropic support across the Hudson Valley.

The role reports to the Development & Advancement Director, collaborating with leadership to align fundraising with organizational priorities and community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales and/or donor relations in a nonprofit environment.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation of the annual development plan and calendar.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
• Lead donor engagement, events, sponsorships, grants cultivation, and community partnerships.
• Represent the organization externally while coordinating with internal teams and board leadership.
• Oversee volunteers, interns, and event support staff as needed.
