Advocate Health Foundation seeks a development professional to support and lead fundraising initiatives in the Concord/Charlotte, NC area. This on-site role focuses on growing annual and major gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations to support Advocate Health facilities and programs.

The role emphasizes donor cultivation, portfolio management, and collaboration with physicians and teammates to advance fundraising goals within a dynamic nonprofit health system.

Formación

• Bachelor's level college degree required.
• Three to five years professional fund development and/or related advancement experience preferred.
• Experience in health care development, not-for-profit or marketing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in day-to-day fund development and advance activities, including supporting major fundraising projects and events.
• Leads selected fund development activities and annual giving programs as requested.
• Identifies, qualifies, cultivates, solicits, and steward a portfolio of prospects and donors including sponsors, partners, grateful patients and families.
