Nurse-Family Partnership is seeking the Carolinas Development Officer to advance major gifts and donor engagement in North and South Carolina from Charlotte, NC. The role leads portfolio management, donor stewardship, and regional event planning to support the Vision to Scale plan and mission.

The candidate should have five+ years in fundraising, proven major gift success, and strong collaboration with program teams and volunteers.

Qualifications

• A minimum five years of fundraising experience with direct solicitations and major gifts is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Knowledge of philanthropic communities in the Carolinas is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed fundraising goals and present compelling cases for support.

Responsabilités

• 70% Portfolio Management: manage up to 150 prospects and donors to meet annual goals.
• 20% Volunteer Engagement: lead and guide volunteers and regional leadership boards.
• 10% Events & Communications: plan events and craft local content for donors.
