Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage the material flow for development, assembly, and integration of LPBF systems. You will coordinate with Development, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations to ensure timely receiving, staging, and replenishment of high-value materials.

The role focuses on improving delivery reliability, minimizing shortages, and developing scalable processes that evolve from development to production. Onsite work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.
• Experience with material-flow, receiving, staging, and delivery processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and standard office software.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, production, and supply-chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the material-flow interface between Development, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations.
• Understand build plans, material requirements, priorities, and configurations; translate to receiving, staging, and replenishment.
• Receive, verify, and document materials; organize by build priority and delivery needs.
• Maintain material identification, traceability, and visibility from receipt to delivery.
• Develop scalable material-flow processes and participate in build planning and readiness activities.
