Affordable Living for the Aging (ALA) in California is seeking an AmeriCorps VISTA member to help grow fundraising and expand marketing efforts for aging services.

The Development & Marketing VISTA will research foundations and corporate funders, build pipelines, create outreach templates, and develop a Google Ad Grant strategy for ongoing staff use. Program runs 11/16/2026–11/15/2027; full-time.

Qualifications

• College graduate required.
• Strong communications and outreach abilities.
• Experience in fundraising or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective foundations and corporate funders to grow fundraising.
• Develop corporate giving partnerships, prospect pipeline, and outreach templates.
• Develop marketing strategies, messaging, and communications tools to raise visibility.
• Create a Google Ad Grant strategy and implementation guides for staff.
