Job summary

AmeriCorps VISTA Leader in Savannah, GA, supports Step Up Savannah by boosting fundraising efforts, collecting stories, and promoting services. This role builds capacity through campaigns, events, and sponsor collaboration while engaging volunteers and VISTA members.

The position starts 10/19/2026 and runs through 10/18/2027, with a full-time schedule and living/education support benefits. Applicants must have some college and be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Some college education required.
• 18+ age minimum for service.
• Full-time schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate three fundraising events with local and corporate partners.
• Solicit in-kind donations for events and prepare for annual meeting auctions.
• Create digital fundraising campaigns, incl. Giving Tuesday, across social media.
• Collaborate with Communications & Development Manager to craft sponsorship packages.
• Support promotion of Step Up Savannah programs.
