You will oversee budgets, campaigns, and partnerships, while aligning messaging with the organization's faith-based mission and community outreach goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and supervising staff.
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising communications preferred; Virtuous experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's marketing and communications strategy to increase brand awareness and donor engagement.
• Translate fundraising priorities into integrated marketing and communications strategies.
• Provide strategic oversight of all marketing projects with workflows and calendars.
• Lead and develop the Marketing & Communications team.
• Direct creative strategy and ensure messaging aligns with brand standards.
• Oversee marketing support for fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, events, and partnerships.
• Lead brand management, communications planning, crisis communications, and executive messaging.
• Manage marketing operations, technology, and marketing systems; improve processes.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget; oversee agencies and media partners.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards; analyze campaign performance and optimize.
• Collaborate with many departments to communicate impact while protecting brand integrity.
• Represent Light of Life at events, churches, and community organizations.
