Job summary

Man in the Mirror seeks a Communications & Marketing Manager to lead the ministry's strategy, brand, and donor communications. This working manager role will develop and execute plans, oversee a network of vendors, and personally produce content across social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and website updates.

You will collaborate with leadership to ensure mission-aligned messaging, manage budgets, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in communications or marketing, ideally in a role that combined strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Nonprofit or ministry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple vendors, agencies, or freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual communications and marketing plan.
• Safeguard brand voice and visual identity across channels.
• Manage vendor network and oversee projects with copywriters, designers, video producers, and web developers.
• Lead in-house content creation for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and blog content.
• Coordinate internal communications calendar.
