Job summary

Hearts Alive Village in Las Vegas is seeking a Development Manager to lead our growing fundraising program full-time. You will turn plans into action, strengthen donor relationships, and build systems that support sustainable revenue growth.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, coach the Development & Donor Engagement Coordinator, manage annual giving, grants, and partnerships, and ensure campaigns stay on schedule while expanding donor communications and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of nonprofit development or similar experience.
• Experience with annual giving, grants, or corporate fundraising.
• Experience cultivating and soliciting individual donors.
• Experience with donor CRM and fundraising reports.
• Strong project management, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines without compromising details.

Responsibilities

• Keep fundraising moving by turning the annual development plan into action and monitoring revenue progress.
• Build meaningful donor relationships through annual giving and donor stewardship.
• Grow grants and partnerships by coordinating grant applications and reporting.
• Build systems by strengthening donor data, reporting, and CRM processes.
• Lead and collaborate, coaching the Development & Donor Engagement Coordinator and partnering with the CEO and team.
