Hearts Alive Village in Las Vegas is seeking a Development Manager to lead our growing fundraising program full-time. You will turn plans into action, strengthen donor relationships, and build systems that support sustainable revenue growth.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, coach the Development & Donor Engagement Coordinator, manage annual giving, grants, and partnerships, and ensure campaigns stay on schedule while expanding donor communications and CRM usage.
Hearts Alive Village is looking for a Development Manager to join our team full-time in Las Vegas.

Experience supervising others, managing grant calendars, working with fundraising vendors or campaigns, or implementing a donor CRM is a PLUS!
