Confluence Theater of Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Development Manager, Corporate & Institutional to join our Advancement and Revenue team in Pittsburgh. Qualifications

• 3+ years nonprofit fundraising and grant writing experience.
• Proven success securing corporate, foundation, and government funding of $50,000+.
• Demonstrated ability to build donor and funder relationships and meet fundraising goals.
• Experience cultivating solicitations with corporate and foundation funders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve annual corporate, foundation, and government fundraising goals.
• Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities while strengthening existing funders.
• Maintain an active pipeline of institutional prospects and deadlines.
• Manage the full grant lifecycle from prospecting to reporting.
• Collaborate across Revenue, Arts, Education, Finance, volunteers, and Board to develop proposals and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with program officers, corporate partners, and funders.
• Ensure timely acknowledgment, administration, and reporting of gifts and sponsorships.
• Develop sponsor opportunities and programs; track benefits and in-kind contributions.
• Evaluate funding outcomes and refine future proposals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate institutional giving records in Tessitura and related systems.
• Provide regular updates to the Director of Development on pipeline and performance.
• Maintain ethical standards and comply with funder requirements and regulations.
