Job summary

Trammell Crow Company is seeking a Vice President, Development Management for our Charlotte, NC office. You will oversee multifamily project execution from entitlements through lease-up, directing a team and coordinating with contractors, consultants, city officials, and leasing professionals to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of commercial development management experience.
• Knowledge of construction documents, geotechnical and environmental reports, drawings, and venture documents.
• LEED accreditation preferred; ADA knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead development management for multifamily projects from entitlements through lease-up.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, city officials, and leasing teams to meet milestones.
• Establish schedules, track milestones, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee selection of general contractor and project consultants and manage contracts and change orders.
• Lead weekly meetings, report status, and communicate with clients and partners.
