  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and outside consultants.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION
Charlotte, NC | In-office & On-site
Ground-Up Multifamily | Commercial Office | Tenant Improvements

Morrow & Associates has been exclusively retained by a leading commercial real estate developer/owner to identify a Senior Project Manager – Development & Construction to join its Charlotte team, with an immediate focus on ground-up multifamily development.

This individual will serve in an owner’s representative capacity and initially lead ground-up multifamily projects through the full development lifecycle - from early feasibility and due diligence through design, preconstruction, construction and closeout.

The company owns an institutional-quality portfolio spanning more than 15M SF across office, industrial and mixed-use properties. In addition to multifamily development, this role will support commercial office, tenant improvement and major capital projects across the existing portfolio.

Projects are currently concentrated in the Charlotte market, with potential expansion into Raleigh over the next several years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ground-up development and construction projects from initial due diligence through completion
