Job summary

CASA of Southwest Missouri is seeking a Development Manager to lead our fundraising and development initiatives in Springfield, MO. This full-time, on-site role focuses on donor relations, annual giving campaigns, events, and securing grants and partnerships to sustain the organization's mission.

You will create development plans, coordinate calendars, prepare reports for leadership, and collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure consistent messaging and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit advancement.
• Strong event planning and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking.
• Experience with data management and donor databases.
• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
