Job summary

Terra Group, a Miami-based real estate development firm, seeks a Development Associate to drive multi-project development from inception through completion. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to advance design, permits, and construction while ensuring profitable, timely delivery.

Qualified candidates bring large-scale development experience, a finance/engineering background, and hands-on use of Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Architecture, Engineering or other related fields
2 years of management experience
Experience with Bluebeam required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Manage phases of multiple development projects and support execution of the project pipeline from inception to completion.
Coordinate with internal and external groups to ensure design and delivery of successful, profitable projects.
Create and maintain development schedules for all deliverables including acquisition, design, permits, construction, sales/leasing and marketing.
Coordinate internally with Operations, Marketing, Construction, Finance, IT and Accounting.
Manage project proformas—budgets, schedule, underwriting and financing assumptions.
