Terra Group is seeking a Development Associate in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time position involves supporting the Development Manager in executing the company’s development project pipeline from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Economics or Real Estate and advanced skills in Blue Beam and Microsoft Projects. The role includes managing multiple development projects, coordinating consultants, and budgeting.

Aufgaben

• Support the Development Manager with executing the company’s development project pipeline.
• Manage phases of multiple development projects under the guidance of the Development Manager.
• Coordinate consultants and internal team members for document development.
• Assist in collecting financial models for underwriting project costs.
• Define project requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation of budgets and execution strategy.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and create checklists.
• Manage project proformas including budgets and market assumptions.
