Job summary

Terra Group is seeking a Development Associate in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time position involves supporting the Development Manager in executing the company’s development project pipeline from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Economics or Real Estate and advanced skills in Blue Beam and Microsoft Projects. The role includes managing multiple development projects, coordinating consultants, and budgeting.

Advanced knowledge of Blue Beam and Microsoft Projects.

Responsibilities

Support the Development Manager with executing the company’s development project pipeline.
Manage phases of multiple development projects under the guidance of the Development Manager.
Coordinate consultants and internal team members for document development.
Assist in collecting financial models for underwriting project costs.
Define project requirements with internal stakeholders.
Assist in preparation of budgets and execution strategy.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate due diligence efforts and create checklists.
Manage project proformas including budgets and market assumptions.
