HANA Center seeks a Senior Manager of Development to lead fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and communications to secure resources for programs and organizing campaigns. This role reports to the Executive Director and drives the annual fundraising plan.

You will supervise development staff, manage donor databases, and cultivate relationships with institutional and individual donors while coordinating events and communications for community impact.

Competenze

• Commitment to immigrant rights and justice.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising or development preferred.
• Management experience in a nonprofit or government setting.

• Supervise development and communications staff and interns.
