Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or materials science.
• 1–5 years of experience in a production lab environment.
• Experience operating SEM/FIB equipment or willingness to learn.
• Comfort with handling chemicals and lab safety.
• Pilot line scale chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, data collection and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of design of experiments and technical writing.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; JMP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, development and commercialization of new cleaners and removers for advanced IC technologies.
• Assist mixing, filtering and documentation of new cleaners and etchants.
• Assist testing of cleaner formulations for shelf life and stability.
• Back up SEM/FIB and XRR operator and maintain lab equipment.
• Coordinate with staff on chemistry and hardware supply needs; track chemical inventory.
