Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry with 0–2 years of formulation experience.
• Experience in inorganic or organic solution chemistry for customer needs.
• Familiar with Si wafer processing in wet processing tools.
• Experience with surface analysis tools (Ellipsometer, 4-Point probe, XRR, XPS, TOF-SIMS, SEM).
• Strong DOE, technical writing, literature search and IP knowledge.
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, test and commercialize new post etch cleaners and selective etchants for advanced ICs.
• Serve as the technical owner/operator for metrology instrumentation in the formulated products lab.
• Lead lab activities and manage product development under tight timelines.
