Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Development Intern to join our Scottsdale team. You will support analysts, associates, and developers across the affordable housing development process, including market research, financial modeling, and tax credit applications.

The role starts January 7, 2027 and runs through May 21, 2027, on-site. You will gain hands-on experience in acquisition analysis, project planning, and collaboration with project partners to drive development milestones.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing is a plus.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist analysts, associates, developers, and project partners across the development lifecycle.
• Conduct market and acquisition analysis, financial modeling, and tax credit applications.
• Support project planning, schedules, and construction administration activities.
• Prepare materials for financing, tax credit submissions, and due diligence.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and development matrices; assist with due diligence.
