Job summary

The Diversion Hub is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fund development, grant administration, and donor communications in Oklahoma City.

The role involves identifying funding opportunities, maintaining donor tracking, assisting with grant writing, tracking deadlines, and supporting marketing and events; you will work with the Chief Development Officer to advance Diversion Hub’s mission.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience or relevant education in development, fundraising, grant administration, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify fundraising opportunities and grants to diversify Diversion Hub’s revenue.
• Maintain a donor tracking system to improve communication and engagement.
• Assist with grant writing, including research, data gathering, and drafting templates or documents.
• Track application deadlines, reporting schedules, and renewal opportunities.
• Solicit in-kind donations from corporate and other donors for events and campaigns.
• Support marketing activities: social media posts, newsletters, flyers, and website content.
