Job summary

The Diversion Hub in Oklahoma City is seeking a COOP Coordinator to oversee communication and data among treatment, court, and community partners. This role maintains neutrality while guiding program implementation in service of public safety and client well-being.

You will manage a shared referrals database, coordinate meetings, monitor participant compliance, and support the court process. Collaboration with the District Attorney and Public Defender is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in social work, communication, criminal justice, political science, or similar human service area.
• Clear background check and reliable transportation are required.
• Proven ability to manage data, coordinate with multiple partners, and document program activities.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a shared database of referrals, participants and compliance.
• Updates the database daily as to participant compliance.
• Schedules COOP team meetings and documents terms of the program structure.
• Collaborates with court, DA and Public Defender to ensure policy adherence.
• Identifies training opportunities and coordinates with community partners.
• Develops partnerships with housing providers, treatment programs and other agencies.
