Job summary

Oklahoma County Diversion Hub is seeking a Development Coordinator to support Diversion Hub’s programs and fundraising efforts. You will identify funding opportunities, manage donor communications, and assist with grant writing and reporting.

The role requires 1–3+ years of related experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment at our Oklahoma City site.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of experience or relevant education in development, fundraising, grant administration, or related fields.
• Clearance of background
• Must have own transportation to work site, valid driver's license, and insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for fundraising, grants, or other funding streams to diversify and expand Diversion Hub’s revenue.
• Maintain a donor tracking system to improve communication and engagement strategies.
• Assist with writing grants, including research, data gathering, drafting templates, and supporting successful applications.
• Track application deadlines, reporting schedules, and renewal opportunities.
• Solicit in-kind donations from corporate and other donors to support events and campaigns.
• Grow subscriber and funder email and mailing lists; assist donor cultivation events.
• Foster relationships with subrecipients and donors; assist leadership with donor materials.
• Support marketing activities, including social media posts, newsletters, flyers, and website content.
