Job summary

LifePath in Greenfield, MA is hiring a Development Manager to lead fundraising and development activities for our mission-driven organization. You will research donors, cultivate relationships, and contribute to brand-building campaigns across digital marketing channels.

As part of the Development and Marketing team, you will coordinate events, manage timelines, and collaborate with staff organization-wide to advance campaigns with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of fundraising experience in a human services agency or healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with donor-facing experience.
• Experience coordinating events and managing multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising campaigns and donor cultivation efforts to grow support.
• Develop and implement donor research, outreach, and stewardship plans.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and community gatherings for engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing and program teams to boost brand awareness.
