Job summary

LifePath, Inc. is expanding its Development and Marketing team with a Development Manager based in Greenfield, MA. You will oversee donor relations, fundraising strategy, donor database management, and external relations to support the organization's mission.

The role is full-time (35 hours/week) out of our Greenfield office, offering generous PTO, health coverage, Flex spending, EAP, 401k, and more. A 6% bilingual differential applies after fluency assessment.

Qualifications

• Fundraising experience in human services or healthcare is required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with donors, partners and diverse constituencies.
• Experience coordinating events and meetings; project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee donor relations and stewardship programs.
• Oversee donor data management, communications, gifts processing and acknowledgements.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners and officials.
• Lead marketing and communications including press materials and social media.
• Prepare written materials and presentations for fundraising and marketing.
• Plan and execute development events and campaigns.
• Analyze trends and report on fundraising progress and opportunities.
• Collaborate on grant-writing and grant-management activities.
• Research prospective donors for cultivation efforts.
• Coordinate with staff, vendors and volunteers on fundraising initiatives.
