Job summary

Extell is seeking a seasoned Project Manager, Retail Construction & Tenant Delivery, to oversee the tenant buildouts for the Deer Valley East Village project in Park City. You will coordinate with tenants, design teams, and contractors to drive designs through to opening readiness, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, CE, architecture, or related field required.
• 8+ years of PM experience in commercial/retail/hospitality construction.
• Retail/restaurant fit-outs and owner/developer representation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tenant buildouts from lease to opening, managing budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with tenants, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Review drawings and documents for lease compliance and constructability.
• Oversee QA/QC, approvals, and closeout documentation.
• Monitor costs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Real Estate Development, Project Management, or a related field
