Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties is seeking a Program & Events Coordinator to support outreach, events, and fundraising efforts. You will engage donors, volunteers, and partners while coordinating communications and logistics across campaigns and annual events.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in nonprofit communications or events, with strong project management and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field with nonprofit experience preferred.
• Proven success in communications, marketing, and events within a nonprofit setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outreach, events, and fundraising campaigns.
• Collaborate with Resource Development to create outreach plans and materials.
• Coordinate major events including sponsor recognition and attendee surveys.
• Support communications through email campaigns, newsletters, and CMS updates.
