Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of fundraising experience.
• Experience with donor solicitation through annual campaigns and appeals.
• Experience planning and executing fundraising events.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual fund solicitation plans across direct mail, email, and digital channels.
• Review campaign results and refine messaging, audience, and channel mix.
• Manage an assigned donor portfolio and pursue renewals, upgrades, and new gifts.
• Plan and execute donor stewardship and recognition activities.
• Support grant proposals and reporting when needed.
• Plan and manage donor-centered special events including the Gala.
• Collaborate with Finance, Communications, and leadership to align messaging and data.
