Job summary

Atlas Network seeks a Development Intern to assist the fundraising team with data integrity, donor communications, and event support. Reporting to the Donor Operations Manager, you will collaborate across departments on priority fundraising projects.

The role provides exposure to donor relations, major gifts, and donor journeys within Atlas Network’s mission to promote a free, prosperous, and peaceful society, with preference for Arlington, VA-based candidates and a flexible work-from-home

Qualifications

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and Google Suite
• Experience with CRM databases like Salesforce is preferred
• Demonstrates initiative and motivation
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor
• Ability to organize and prioritize across projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Data- and deadline-driven, with attention to detail
• Interest in Atlas Network’s mission and international issues
• Positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Conduct research for current and prospective donors with high data integrity
• Maintain accuracy and currency of the database
• Assist in preparing donation acknowledgements, letters, and donor reports
• Support Major Gifts Officer and Donor Engagement Director for events and donor journeys
• Assist in developing new materials for donors
