Gwinnett Coalition in Georgia seeks a Development Coordinator to build and sustain financial support for its mission. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, grant applications, and reporting, working with leadership, program, and finance teams.

This full-time, hybrid role requires strong writing, organization, and relationship-building skills, with occasional evening or weekend events.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in communications, nonprofit management, business, public administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of fundraising, communications, project coordination, nonprofit administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with grant writing, donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, or related activities is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Support the design and implementation of the annual fundraising plan and donor engagement activities.
• Maintain donor and fundraising records, track contributions, and prepare reports for stewardship and decisions.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgment, stewardship, and reengagement efforts to strengthen relationships.
