Job summary

Humane Society of Northeast Georgia seeks a Donor Relations Manager to lead CRM administration, grant writing, and donor stewardship. You will manage grants, direct mail, and mid-level gifts while supporting the Senior Director of Major Gifts.

Based in Gainesville with a hybrid schedule, you will supervise one direct report and collaborate across philanthropy and marketing to maximize donor impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in nonprofit development, operations, or data management.
• Proven CRM Mastery: Sr Admin level experience with Bloomerang, GiveSmart, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, etc.
• Grant Success: track record of writing and securing grants (animal welfare grants a major plus).
• Leadership Potential: experience managing a person, an intern, or a project team.
• Attention to Detail: strong accuracy in donor data and communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary admin for our CRM (Bloomerang), ensuring data integrity and security.
• Build and maintain donor dashboards, pull revenue reports, and provide actionable donor lists to leadership.
• Manage gift acknowledgment processes to ensure timely acknowledgments.
• Train staff on CRM best practices to promote a data-driven culture.
