Job summary

The Regents of the University of California on behalf of their Los Angeles Campus (UCLA LPPI) is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising efforts, coordinate donor engagement, and assist with proposal development.

Under the Deputy Director, you will manage data, reporting, and stewardship activities, collaborating with LPPI leadership and UCLA Luskin development teams to advance LPPI’s mission. This hybrid role requires Southern California residency and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of fundraising experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the LPPI team, academic leaders, faculty, and development staff.
• Ability to work with a dean and senior faculty at a comparable organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and multi‑phase projects to deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication about UCLA’s fundraising goals and priorities.
• Willingness to travel and work some weekends/evenings as needed.
• Cover letter and resume submission is required.
