Job summary

Institute for Nonprofit Practice (INP) seeks a Development & Engagement Coordinator to support day-to-day fundraising operations. You will collaborate with the development team to sustain growth and deep donor engagement, handling communications, logistics, and data stewardship.

You will coordinate donor meetings, draft personalized outreach, manage solicitation materials, and support reporting. A highly organized, collaborative, mission-driven professional thrives here.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written communication with warmth and clarity.
• Impeccable organization; highly detail-oriented.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication; comfortable with donors, board members, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Donor Engagement & Meeting Support: coordinate donor meetings, draft agendas, prepare staff, manage scheduling and follow-up.
• Campaign & Event Operations: execute multi-channel appeals and manage event logistics.
• Data & Systems Administration: maintain Salesforce records and track development activities; take notes in strategy meetings.
