Job summary

The Development Coordinator at USA Triathlon Foundation supports day-to-day operations, fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and events to advance the Foundation's mission at the Colorado Springs headquarters.

Working closely with the Chief Development Officer and Senior Manager, Foundation Operations & Donor Engagement, you will manage donor records in Salesforce, draft communications, coordinate campaigns, and assist with Foundation events and ambassador programs.

Qualifications

• Nonprofit development experience with donor programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Ability to travel and work some evenings/weekends.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in Olympic/Paralympic movement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and acknowledge gifts and record them in the CRM.
• Maintain donor data and generate reports.
• Support donor stewardship and personalized communications.
• Assist with annual giving campaigns and donor events.
• Coordinate Foundation ambassador programming and events.
• Support operations including travel, scheduling, and donor materials.
