Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years nonprofit fundraising experience
• 3+ years of leadership responsibility
• Demonstrated success securing charitable contributions
• Experience with donor relationships, corporate sponsorships, and fundraising events
• Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on fundraising
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to grow contributions.
• Build relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and community partners.
• Personally solicit major gifts, sponsorships, and other financial support.
• Represent the foundation at community events, meetings, and presentations.
• Lead fundraising events, sponsorship campaigns, and donor engagement activities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and the foundation board on fundraising goals and priorities.
• Oversee foundation operations, budgets, donor records, and reporting.
• Supervise one team member and collaborate with marketing and communications staff.
