Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with an established nonprofit organization in Syracuse to recruit an experienced fundraising leader for its charitable foundation.

The organization is open to hiring at either the Director or Vice President level, depending on the candidate's experience, leadership capabilities, and fundraising success.

This highly visible role combines strategic fundraising, donor relationship development, community engagement, and hands‑on leadership. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, making direct fundraising appeals, speaking publicly, and creating opportunities to expand philanthropic support.

What You'll Do:

• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
