Cincinnati Nature Center seeks an experienced fundraising leader to guide the Development Team and oversee all fundraising activities, including developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that advances the organization’s mission.

The Director of Development will collaborate with the Executive Director, Leadership Team, and board committees to cultivate donors, manage campaigns, and ensure accurate reporting, while upholding the Nature Center’s mission and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years senior leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising and development overseeing multiple direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fundraising strategies and data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all development and fundraising activities to meet operating income, capital campaigns, endowment, and planned giving goals.
• Collaborate with the Board Development Committee and Leadership Team to cultivate and steward donor relationships.
• Provide direction to the development staff and manage department budgeting and reporting.
