Cincinnati Youth Collaborative seeks a Senior Advancement Director to lead the organization’s fundraising strategy and donor relations. You will shape annual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and events, while guiding the Advancement team to meet revenue goals.

Partner with executive leadership to align fundraising priorities with strategic goals, and strengthen philanthropic support for programs and financial sustainability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of fundraising/advancement experience with donor cultivation and major gifts.
• Ability to develop multi-source fundraising strategies.
• Experience leading staff and managing budgets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with donor CRM systems and data analysis.
