Job summary

Reset180 seeks a Director of Development to partner with the Executive Director in creating and executing a fundraising strategy that enables growth from $1 million to $3 million and leads a capital campaign for a new restoration home. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant fields; CFRE certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive fundraising experience with success.
• Demonstrated success in major gift fundraising with $100K+ solicitations.
• Experience managing a capital campaign is a plus.
• Experience building relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; compelling storyteller.
• Proficiency with fundraising databases/CRM systems.
• Strategic leadership with growth vision.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive 3–5-year fundraising strategy aligned with organizational strategy.
• Develop annual fundraising plans with revenue targets across all giving channels.
• Build sustainable funding models for growth and resilience.
• Monitor fundraising performance and adjust strategies based on data.
• Identify capital campaign opportunities for major initiatives.
• Personally manage a portfolio of major donor prospects and donors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or equivalent experience
