New Narrative, based in Beaverton, OR, is seeking a Development Director to lead private fundraising, build relationships with donors and sponsors, and grow philanthropic support for mental health services.

This hands-on role manages the donor pipeline, coordinates campaigns like Give!Guide, annual giving, and major events, and supervises the Development team while partnering with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of progressively responsible fundraising or revenue experience.
• Proven success cultivating and soliciting individual donors and sponsors.
• Ability to build a strong donor pipeline and manage multi-priority projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Narrative's private fundraising program and annual giving.
• Manage donor pipeline, cultivation, and solicitation of individuals, foundations, and sponsors.
• Oversee events, sponsorships, and Give!Guide campaigns.
• Supervise the Development team and coordinate with grant writers, staff, and leadership.
• Use CRM and project-management tools to track activities and outcomes.
