Job summary

Teach For America in North Carolina seeks a Director, Development to lead statewide fundraising efforts, steward donors, and drive growth across public and private funding. You'll work with senior leaders to implement a long-term vision and manage donor engagement across NC.

You'll oversee campaign execution, donor stewardship, portfolio management up to $5,000 gifts, and development operations within a high-impact, cross-functional team. Travel and possible evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of development and fundraising experience.
• Experience managing donor portfolios.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends.
