American Heart Association seeks a Development Director to drive revenue for the Heart Walk campaign across Utah, including the Salt Lake City area. The role focuses on securing local corporate sponsorships and individual donations while building sustained partnerships to advance our mission.

The incumbent will generate pipelines, develop compelling proposals, recruit executive volunteers, and lead corporate team participation.

Qualifications

• Three years of fundraising, sales, or related experience.
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel daily locally and some overnight trips; reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move large objects as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Generate revenue by securing local corporate sponsorships and individual donations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective sponsors and donors.
• Develop proposals and materials to secure revenue and volunteer engagement.
• Recruit and manage executive volunteer leadership and event volunteers.
• Motivate corporate teams to participate in Heart Walk and fundraising.
• Lead Cor Vitae giving society engagement events.
• Plan events with internal/external partners.
• Support campaign communications with the Communications Director.
